This position is an instructional design position with an emphasis on training and development consulting. This position requires diagnosing organizational/team problems as well as prescribing, crafting and implementing training and development solutions.

Instructional Design

• Design instructional systems solutions for a variety of client needs.
• Develop multimedia/web-based videos; traditional training programs.
• Able to create facilitative/interactive (training) process
• Able to prototype needed materials
• Able to write and edit materials

Experience and Education
