Don Barnhart
Director, Program Development
Don is a senior management consultant with over 15 years
experience in organization development, change management and training.
Don has helped organizations achieve and sustain new levels of business
performance through unique performance development programs. In addition
to building new skills, knowledge and capabilities, Don's programs have
delivered business results for numerous clients, including $10 million in
additional revenue, $3 million in cost savings, and a 150% revenue
increase. Don has successfully led this premier consulting company to
deliver results with clients in multiple industries, including Energy,
Oil and Gas, Technology, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Non-Profits
and Publishing. As President of 2Develop, and previously as a senior
manager with Accenture, Don has designed and delivered organizational development programs and training to dozens of
organizations and thousands of people. Don holds a master's degree
in Instructional Systems Development.
Ron Chlebo
Director, Business Development
Ron is an executive manager with over 25 years experience
encompassing all areas of business across multiple industry
lines. Ron has been successful in making companies very
profitable by dramatically improving organizational performance
and customer service excellence. His strong hands-on operational
and human resources management background provides an
added dimension and insight to the organization development
process. Ron maintains his results orientation, working
to ensure that 2Develop's
programs and services have a positive impact on our client's
bottom line.
Robin Ervin
Senior Instructional Designer
Robin is a training specialist with over 14 years of experience.
She has designed, developed, and implemented customized
soft skills and software training programs for a multitude
of industries including: oil field services, automotive,
waste management and retail. Robin's programs have been
enthusiastically received and have resulted in increased
productivity and reduced costs.
Dawn Laflin
Graphic Designer
Dawn has five years experience in creating innovative, aesthetically pleasing graphic designs. Dawn has developed designs, logos, and materials in numerous formats, including marketing materials, promotional items and instructional resources. In addition to graphic design, Dawn has over 10 years experience in planning and implementing small to large scale special events for corporations and community organizations.
Brian Wallace
Consultant
Brian Wallace has over 14 years of Human Resources management experience focused on recruiting and staffing,
compensation analysis and administration, performance management, training, project management, employee relations,
internal investigations and compliance.
Brian has over five years of experience in creating systems and presenting development programs to enhance employee
and management performance in the Human Resources arena. Topics include recruiting and retention, on-boarding, job
shadowing, performance management, professionalism, leadership and time management. He offers a seasoned perspective
on human and organizational performance.
Barbara Thompson
Consultant
Barbara is an organizational development consultant who applies psychological theories, research, statistical
methodology, and intervention strategies to deliver valid, reliable, and sustainable results for workforce
enhancement. She has experience in areas such as survey development, safety culture evaluation, and assessments
and holds a strong knowledge base in the areas of selection, training and development, and psychometrics.
She uses a scientific lens in order to make businesses more productive, both physically and psychologically.
Barbara has a master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
